Delivery of last DP II Aframax vessel of a 7 vessel programme at Samsung H.I.

NEG has in January 2013 successfully delivered the last of a series of 5+2 Aframax shuttles from Samsung for Viken Shipping.  Over a period of two years, NEG has provided site supervision, drawing approval and project management at both the main site at SHI in Korea as well as at the subcontracting sites in China. The vessels are constructed in accordance with strict requirements set by the charterer, Petrobras, for use in Brazilian waters and we are very pleased to have been able to contribute to the successful construction and delivery of the vessels. As per January 15, 2013 the last vessel has been delivered to the owners.
